To begin with lady at desk demanded that as we had booked with servisair I had to e-mail her our booking confirmation as they had to bill servisair direct. Not my problem! Given an e-mail address that did not accept e-mails anyway. Complete waste of time. Food selection in lounge poor. Arrived at 11.45. Was ok if you wanted breakfast cereal, crisps, nuts or a welshcake but no cheese or crackers etc i.e. nothing substantial. Bristol lounge far better. Will hesitate to book again. Simply needs improvement and a better welcome as far a we were concerned.
