I booked into the lounge for Monday 12th Sept from 11-1. Several things could have been better with our visit. The employee at the front desk was very rude to my mother. He let us in and then my mother went back over to ask him a question and he asked her what she was doing and how she got in. It also seemed as though the lounge was over booked as we had a hard time finding a place to sit. However, the food was pretty good, that was one positive. I was looking forward to having some peace and quiet after a long day of traveling but unfortunately did not find it at the lounge. I feel that we wasted our money and I will not be booking into this lounge again.
