While we only had one hour in the lounge due to flight delay, which I accept is not your fault to be told that we would only be allowed approx 45minutes instead of the full hour we were entitled to because they were expecting a large group coming in. We were then told that we could have food and drink however we were not entitled to the use the toilet facilities and had to up the toilets in the terminal I found this quite strange, especially when this was going to eat into the time we had left. I think a bit of flexibility would have been more acceptable baring in mind that I had already lost two hours of my three hour booking, where I could have been eating and drinking, and therefore not costing your company anything.
