i arrived to checkin only to be told that due to a demayef flight i couldn't for 45min to and hr so i had to sit and wait and saw alot of ppl going in so at tbis point as m flight was leaving a little over an hrs time and i had beem sat waiting i asked about a refubd a d then tbey said i could check in but it took about 10mins for this and once i got in i was very disappointed by the lounge as i only booked this on the back of bei g in your no1 lounge in t3 on my journey out and it was fantastic. However the t5 was awful and was like a hospital canteem and im ot happy hat i paid £60 for what was on offer and had a cup of tea and a cake if id of known how bad it was i would of sat in a restaurant at the airport with better food and i wouldn't of hd to oay as much or wait for someone to get up before i could get a seat. as once i was finally allowed in there was no available seats so i was stood round after an 11hrs flight waiting for someone to leave
