I was very disappointed with this lonunge. I booked 4 of us in and it took more than 25 minutes to get through the door, when we finally got in there was no hot food . I have used the lounge before with no problems. The staff were confrontational. I accepted a bottle of wine but was still very disappointed. It really spoiled my start of my trip
I have emailed 3 times and had no response other than an acknowledgement it was received. I am traveling again in 3 weeks but not in a rush to return
