Not a good experience. Had a nine hour layover. Hoped to rest for six hours. Had "reserved" sleeping pods. Told "out of service".
Waiting list to get into lounge. No seats available. Talked with Carlos, the supervisor.
No resolution. Eventually found two seats at the bar. Uncomfortable to say the least. I ended up laying on floor behind couches for several hours. Not exactly what we paid for.
