On entry the girl behind the desk was on her phone and I had to wait for her to finish whatever she was doing before I got served. She then lacked the correct information when I spoke to her about Swissport as I used to be Servisair staff a long time ago but decided to be rude about it like I was stupid.
A lot of the tables were dirty. Liquids on them. Glasses and food still on them. It took nearly 20 minutes before someone came out and cleaned the table next to me. But still left a lot of others dirty.
Some of the plug sockets by the window didn't work.
On the plus side. The coffee machine was good. Quick and a good serve. The food choices and range of beer I thought were spot on also.
Sadly it was the customer service that let this down.
