having used several lounges around the world, this was the worst. The staff were at times rude and seemed too busy to provide the 'extra service' expected in a VIP/plus lounge. We usually use the normal lounge and found the service poor when paying extra. The food options on menu were not available due to change in supplier (we were told), self service food bar was difficult for my wife and daughter who are both registered disabled as the counters are very high, even for able bodied man at 5'8" the counters are high to obtain food items from the rear of chilled cheese/meat area. We felt uncomfortable when served alcohol as if we were being watched, as grown adults and regular travellers we know the limits for flying and how to behave. The seating arrangements are cramped and unsatisfactory for a VIP/Plus lounge. The whole experience was unacceptable and we left prior to our flight and used a main stream bar for better food and more comfortable pre-flight drink. I didn't waste time complaining at the time as the staff seemed disinterested with their role and were too busy cleaning and preparing to close.
