No advanced warning was given to me that the sleeping pods were not available due to construction. The handheld credit card machine wouldn't accept my credit cards (American Express and Chase Visa) even though there were no issues with my credit status or balance (they functioned fine at a restaurant in the airport) and the staff person was slightly surly with his assistance - or lack thereof. I will not be using Executive Lounges in the future!
