We arrived at 11.10am and was told breakfast had ended at 11am. No food was available for approximately 1hr. The small amount of sandwiches were quickly taken from the counter leaving us and other customers with nothing to eat. The room was extremely busy and did not offer us the comfort and facilities we expected.
