Pre flight they are a great chill factor. However they are becoming steadily downmarket! We used to frequent the Amex lounge and Diners lounge but were then given a card with our bank that no one wants to accept! Last weekend we went to NY and the Aspire lounge refused us. We like the Escape lounge as the choice is large and varied but after getting into the Aspire lounge eventually it had limited food pre warmed Bacon sandwiches, soft drinks served from supermarket giant bottles that was flat, a staff member limiting your Alchohol order, no clearance of tables etc etc. The online photos are extreamly flattering! Avoid if you can.
