Toilets were dirty, evidently not cleaned from night before as we were first customers in at 4:30am. Staff were unavailable ( making themselves coffee in kitchen at back ) rolled their eyes when we reported the state of the toilet but did nothing about it.
Lounge was cold, with automatic doors continually opening as everyone arriving at airport walked passed, not a relaxing , comfortable or welcoming atmosphere , certainlyNOT VIP experience.
Very disappointing, waste of money.
