We contacted the lounge prior to booking to ensure there was adequate room as we had 6 adults and 2 infants. I also clarified a table would be reserved (as per previous lounges) so we could all sit together and was advised this was correct. The lounge was very small and full with no tables reserved. We were crammed into a corner after a couple kindly moved for us and there was no rooms for the prams. These had to be folded down and stored in the aisle which seemed to cause issues for the other guests. The variety and quality of food & drink was poor to say the least. Despite us checking in at around 4.45am only 45 minutes after opening, the lounge was dirty and tables littered with used plates, glasses and rubbish.
