My wife has laready spoken to you and emailed you on our experience in Montreal. Having checked in to the lounge it was immediately apparent that this service had been oversold. There were no seats available and we returned to the check in to ask for assistance. We were advised that there were no more seats and we would have to sit on the floor. We were told this whilst she was checking in more people into the lounge. We asked to see the manager and was advised that no manager was available. When we challenged this we received a surly gallic shrug and was ignored.
We returned to the lounge and found a gap where we could sit on the floor. My wife went to get refreshments. She returned with ice cold sandwiches (fish paste) which were too salty to eat. Your hot option was toast?? The buffet was completely inadequate and can only be described as 'cheap'.
This in not what we expected before a transatlantic flight. We did not relax. We did not have any food. We left the lounge feeling completely ripped off and conned.
