We found the lounge at T5 Heathrow cramped and the food choice did not offer sandwiches.
There were not enough comfy chairs (and the ones that were there were occupied). We have used the lounges at South Terminal Gatwick and North Terminal Gatwick many times and I must say that it was more enjoyable than the lounge at T5 at Heathrow. Also there were tables which were reserved and we arrived at the lounge at around 6.30 pm to find that the seating we had was inadequate and the reserved tables were still unoccupied.
