Due to a delay at immigration and security I was 1 hour late getting into the lounge.
Upon my arrival the receptionist rudely told me I was one hour late.
When I enquirerd about the showers he rudely told me they were full (only to be corrected by a colleague who was passing and helped me gain entry to the shower.,
