We had booked four places in advance however the lounge was clearly over capacity as a consequence of either overbooking advance reservations or accepting demand at the front desk. As far as I am aware there were no departure delays.
Due to the lack of space, for most of our stay, two of our party had to either stand or perch on chair arms.
Not the usual standard of service we usually see.
