The lounge was packed and felt cramped. After we went to the front desk we were left to ourselves with no introduction or anything. People were sat at tables with hand luggage on vacant chairs so we couldn't sit down then it was a free for all to get a seat when someone left.
We would not do it again and wont be recommending it to anyone.
