The lounge was ridiculously overbooked and the staff struggled to cope, and there were many visitors upset as they could not sit together. Because of the over booking there were lengthy queues at the bar and the staff had trouble keeping the food station supplied - again causing disquiet in the lounge.
Overall it was unfortunately the worst lounge experience I have ever endured.
