We visited lounge at Heathrow Terminal 5 - it was like being in a corridor, receptionist was rude and the bar tender was even more so, she was miserable and grunted when we asked a question. The only positive note was the lady who cleared the tables, she was smiling!!
Selection of food was poor bearing in mind we have used the lounges previously and found them to be very acceptable, hence re booking however this particular lounge was a total let down !!
