We arrived late due to an over turned lorry on the motorway so only had 10 minutes before departure. This was no ones fault at all but meant we had to quickly get in grab a drink and leave otherwise was a huge waste of money. My mother was in a wheelchair and the room was just not adaptable at all to cater for this. The staff were rude, not interested and didn't even offer to help. I had to move chair and tables myself to get round and was almost on the verge of tears. What was meant to be a nice relaxing start to the holiday extremely upsetting. Staff muttered under there breathe as my mum and wheelchair were in there way, no offer of can we can help. After reading bad reviews on the other lunge i had booked here in hope there would be good service.
The room was not equipped for people with disabilities which is very upsetting, why should we lose out?
