The LHR T5 lounge was crowded when I arrived. People were standing and walking around waiting for a table.
A family was collecting free chairs and carried them across the lounge to their table. Children were running around. Several guests behaved like in an "all you can eat and drink" restaurant, trying to make the most out of their money. I was ugly. And please, establish a dress-code policy. It was very loud as well!
Food was exactly the same like a week before in the LHR T3 lounge - but this time the pasta was cold. Food and beverage quality is good over all.
USB socket for charging was not working at my table.
