To begin with, I did not like the tone of the person at the desk while telling me that I could stay for a maximum of three hours. I have been to several lounges worldwide, and few made me feel this unwelcome.
Second, it was an inconvenience to have to step out of the lounge to access the restroom. I would have hoped for something within the premises (if any, they were not clearly marked out).
