From the moment of arrival it was a bad experience. Firstly it took 15mins to enter with rude staff. Then the list goes on:
- no toilets in lounge
- bar tender didn't know how to open bottle of prosecco, to work in anlounge was she not given training?
- we were given half a glass in a VERY dirty glass. All of them were dirty. Even my water glass had lip marks on.
- all further drinks to be at additional costs- this was not made clear.
- food was terrible, worse than value at Asda. Coleslaw was watery. Quiche was not fresh. Pasta salad was jelly-like.
- within lounge not one seat was free
- no space at all to move around, very uncomfortable
- no sockets worked! I couldn't charge my phone never mind work!
Absolute waste of money and time. We booked this to make our transfer more enjoyable. It was embarrassing and a big mistake. You should not call yourselves a lounge. I have travelled with many airlines and in many classes and I have never experienced anything like this. We would have had a better experience sitting in macdonalds at least there would not have been any pretence at what we were getting for our money.
