I have only used lounges twice before and on both occasions I was made to feel special - lounges were quiet, clean with excellent refreshments and staff. At Montego Bay the lounge was very noisy, the food and drink available was limited and poor quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful but it felt like a railway waiting room - certainly not special and not worth the money.
