On arrival the staff were not happy to leave the group in to the lounge. I explained that I had made an arrangement with head office via email to make a group booking. Staff informed me that they did not take group bookings, however I informed them of the arrangement and had to search my emails to prove that I had actually made the booking. Once we were finally left in to the lounge, we were led to our tables. I was disappointed with the service on desk, however food and drink that was provided was very nice. Not sure if I would use the service again.
