I had booked the lounge online. Flight was at 12:45. I turned up at 11 and was told I could not enter as it was full and I could not have a refund. I asked if I could be squeezed in. Carlos told me that it was my fault as I had not been there at 09:45. I pointed out that 09:45 was the earliest possible entry time. He disagreed strongly with this. He continued to tell me that the whole experience was my fault. This was in front of a large group of people. The whole experience was extremely unpleasant and I will be booking again. I have reviewed the terms and conditions again online and it does not say why where that you can only enter the lounge 3 hours before the flight. A very unpleasant experience and I will not recommend to any fellow travellers.
