System let me book the wrong lounge in the airport despite me putting in my flight details
Staff accepted the discrepancy, and were friendly. However they were very very slow at clearing tables after visitors had left and did not replace food items when they ran out.
Poor lack of beer selection and only on tap which was difficult to use.
Although new, the aspire lounge at Calgary had seat stains and looked worn. Staff stood around talking to each other instead of keeping the lounge clean and tidy and refreshed with food and drink
