I wasn't totally happy!
The check in process which I would have thought would be quick was more than 5 minutes long. We had bought a package which included champagne and we werde not advised about how to get this, in fact the customer service from the reception desk did not make me "happy" but frustrated, the agent wasn't welcoming at all.
The staff behind the bar area were much better but the food needed topping up and we had to clear an area to sit down, so overall it wasn't a great experience.
