Myself and my wife were hugely disappointed with our experience in your lounge. We travel regularly to many destinations and this is the first time we have been so disappointed. We travelled through your lounge on 24/3/17 on our way to Budapest, and when we arrived were firstly disappointed with the lack of seating available, and had to stand initially until somebody left a seat free. The selection of food on offer was also disappointing and lacked any kind of imagination, and is far inferior to other UK lounges we have used. The salad section was poorly stocked and had items missing for over half an hour, and the pasta dish was stone cold. Overall very disappointing, and I would have to be seriously persuaded to use you again, which is a shame.
