It was a relatively quiet area to relax in before our flight. The staff were friendly and the seats comfortable. However, it was smaller than we expected, the food and drink choices were limited and uninspiring, and the sales pitch of "up to three hours" is a con: since you calculate the entrance time as 3 hours before flight time, it actually means you get a maximum of 2 hours 30, and probably a lot less, to allow for reaching your gate before it closes. Overall verdict - overpriced and not really worthwhile.
