We booked our visit for the wrong terminal (since this was our first experience at Heathrow and we had no idea that the terminals were not accessible without leaving the terminal and going through security again). When we mentioned this to the person letting people in, he told us to call the office. When we called, no one answered because it was the weekend. We were not given the option to refund and we're rather frustrated since we spent the money. I'm sure it would have been a nice stay but we didn't get the chance to have it.
