What went wrong is that we didn't even set foot in the lounge.I had booked it the day before
however as we were staying in a chalet during our skiing holiday I was unable to print out the confirmation details.We arrived the next day and were refused admittance to the lounge due to this fact.I was having problems with my iPad so couldn't access the confirmation e- mail to prove my point, however the previous day I had written down the reference number of it,the staff wouldn't accept this as proof of purchase.
The staff where extremely unhelpful saying that without paperwork they couldn't let us in then turning away and talking amongst themselves.
We found the whole experience embarrassing and what should have been a relaxing end to our holiday was anything but,plus the point that I had paid for something I didn't receive.
I certainly can not recommend the airport lounge at Geneva.
