I specifically booked so I could work for 3 hours prior to my flight as I had some online meetings but none of the plugs were working and my laptop ran out of charge which significantly impacted my working day. The lounge was very busy and cramped and as there are no toilets you have to leave the lounge and with it your seat. The seat I did have was facing a stairwell.
