My husband was eating his cornflakes on the day of our departure and discovered while eating a small metal bolt in his mouth. He spoke to the staff who apologised and said the manager would phone us our return from our holiday on the 17th of April. We are still waiting on a phone call. Can you please ask the manager to please call us as we expect this situation to be remedied. Thank you
