Was disappointed to arrive and find that no tables and chairs where available, the lounge had clearly been booked over its capacity and many people where left without a seat and had to stand. This is not what you would expect as part of the privilege of paying to attend the lounge you expect to be able to relax prior to your flight and at entry to the lounge it was clear that we could not relax until there was seats and tables available. Was also unhappy that the Singapore section of the lounge was empty yet we were asked to refrain from sitting in that area (even though the rest of the lounge was full with no seats available). Once there was chairs and tables available the lounge experience was good. The bar services was good as was the selection of snacks and beverages available.
