We had booked this lounge to have a couple of drinks before we our flight to Venice , however when we arrived we were notified that there would be no alcohol on that day , we asked the reason and the young lady couldn't give us a straight answer. Paying 80.00 for two people to drink pop? Really that is unacceptable and I would request that we get our money credit back to our card
