The lounge was dirty and shabby. Foodstuffs dropped by clients on the floor had not been cleaned up for some time and were still remaining on our departure from the lounge. Tables, which were dirty, were eventually cleared with no attempt made to clean up the floor. The wine on offer was of very poor quality and the choice of white wine was Chardonnay only, with no alternative available. All in all a poor experience and one which we would not repeat, especially given the cost.
