we had two booths tucked away, reserved for myself and my friends, which was nice and private. However on arrival I was told that even though I had booked and paid for us all (10 guests) they had no room for us. the girl had already turned away a family of 4. another colleague came and said that everything was fine, so we sat down. On entering the area, there were plenty of empty seats, in fact I would say there were only a few people in the lounge when we got there. Despite this, the food area was low on stock, so having paid £25.99 each, there was hardly any choice left for us. The choice of food was also pretty poor compared to other executive lounges I have visited.
