A total waste of money. No staff present when we arrived, no-one even checked our booking info, we just walked right in. There appeared to be three staff covering the entire lounge which was very obviously insufficient. There was lots of rubbish, old food and general waste on the tables, the floors were dirty and sticky to walk on. The wifi was absolutely rubbish frequently disconnecting or giving ridiculously slow speeds. The food and drinks on offer were very limited, we had a choice between some crisps, some lukewarm pasta and sauce or some "tomato soup" (which was just pasta sauce!!). A variety of drinks were available but nothing amazing. Perhaps most frustratingly of all for me (travelling with two little kids). The kids 'entertainment area' was a shocking shoddy plastic tub with broken Android tablets in it and exposed bits of metal. It was beyond a joke. We had access to a tv in the booth in which we sat but couldn't control the channels or the volume. Essentially I paid over £80 for a comfy seat and a few free drinks for my kids. It was an absolute joke and in no way represented what was offered on the website or promotional photos. I will be submitting a complaint to ExecutiveLounges explaining why I think it was not work the money and will be posting feedback on TripAdvisor too. Save your money and stay in the main terminal!
