I was disappointed that the Exec lounge did not even have their own bathrooms, and I had to walk out each time with all my luggage just to get to the bathroom.
The food was okay, and the service staff were very helpful. However, the receptionist was really rude and not helpful at all.
The chargers did not work, so I could not charge my phone after a long trip from India to Heathrow. I go to the business lounge at BA all the time during my business travel and that has always been a great experience.
