To begin with, had to join a queue of people to gain entry, even though we had pre booked. It took around 10mins to get entry. Staff we not apologetic.
When we entered, there was no available seating - the lounge was clearly over subscribed.
The bar did not have enough glasses, staff were not helpful and the food was sparse.
The worst lounge experience.
