We booked the Aspire lounge, as a treat as we were celebrating our first anniversary/honeymoon. However there was hardly any food available on the day. No hot food at all.
I had emailed to complain as we had paid for a service that wasn't available to us. I emailed on Monday 12th but still haven't had a response.
It would be great if somebody could come back to me.
