Despite pre booking for 4 people when we arrived the lounge was full and we struggled to find a seat for all of us to seat together.
This was the first time we had used the Aspire lounge, the lounge is open to the departure area and is literally as large a balcony overlooking the open areas at the end of the airport departure area.
The food in the lounge was limited and was not fully stocked meaning that if you required a cooked breakfast a number of visits back to the buffet was required.
The bar was not manned resulting in excessive waiting until a member of staff was available from other duties to provide a bar service.
Clearly this was a tactic to reduce the amount of drink consumption within the lounge as observed a number of people who gave up waiting.
