Staff were friendly and pleasant but the choice of snacks was really poor as a person who is a plane eater just wanted a ham roll. Unfortunately we arrived at lunchtime only to be advised there was no ham as once it gone it was gone due to cutbacks.
I would certainly not recommend the service.
