In brief:
Food selection very poor and of only average quality. Lack of staff to serve meant waiting for drinks. Air conditioning not working on very hot day, so lots of unpleasant sweating. Wi-Fi did not work whilst we were there and lounge was generally untidy and not overly clean. Only saving grace was sitting in a room away from travellers with screaming kids. Not likely to want to repeat if this is the level of quality and service provided. £25.99 is far too much. Based on my experience I would cost your service at £10-15.
