The lounge was badly, badly overcrowded.
The reception staff were harassed, overworked and unpleasant
The serving staff were overworked and unpleasant
There was nowhere to sit
The walkways were crowded and people kept knocking into people sitting down
The food variety was poor
The 'hot' food was cold
The food was not replaced
It was terrible value for money
We will be writing a poor review on TripAdvisor
We will never go to the Aspire Lounge again
