I am sorry to say that I was totally dissatisfied with not being able to use your loung service, on june 28th, as my departure flight was expected to be from Gatwick south terminal.
I tried to manage a change, to be allowed to stay in the South Terminal lounge, but they did not give me any solution. They also did not tell me how to change the terminal to use their services.
