The lounge was very clean and comfortable refreshments average but the service was very slow quite poor in fact items were not replenished with any haste n fact some people appeared to leave with out being served as time is very limited when you finally arrive. Lots of staff standing around only one person serving at any time. I felt this may be intentional.
Not the best exsperiace for some I feel
