Other lounges offering more for the same amount. Food was ok (just ok) staff didn't want to be there.
Have to pay for things like prosecco.
Had to pay to take my 2 year old in and there was nothing for her! Funnily enough she doesn't like soup or salad.
No crisps, kids drinks (not everyone wants to give their kids Coke) or anything really for them
